Introduction

This guideline defines the terms of use for all UTAU voicebanks and associated characters distributed on this site.

By downloading the voicebank, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

These terms are subject to change without prior notice. In such cases, the latest version of the terms shall apply.

Usage

These voicebanks may be used for music production, video uploads, tuning, and other works using UTAU.

Use with OpenUtau is also permitted; however, the creator has not tested these voicebanks with OpenUtau and cannot guarantee its performance or audio output.

The recommended environment is the original UTAU version by Ameya/Ayame.

Personal modifications and adjustments to the oto.ini or voicebank files are allowed. Please note that redistribution of modified voicebank files is generally prohibited.

If you wish to share a modified oto.ini, please contact the creator in advance.

Derivative works related to these voicebanks are allowed, except for the prohibited uses listed below.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited:

• Redistributing or unauthorized uploading of these voicebank files
• Claiming these voicebanks as your own work
• Using these voicebanks for AI training, AI-generated content, or the creation of voice conversion models
• Using these voicebanks as the voice of any character other than the designated associated characters
• Depicting romantic relationships involving these characters (including pairings, ships, etc.)
• Creating sexual or explicit content (R-18 material)
• Creating graphic violence, gore, or excessively cruel content (G-18 material)
• Using the voicebanks or characters for political or religious activities
  ※ Expressions involving general seasonal or cultural events are permitted.
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or editing of the character illustrations (Except for minor adjustments necessary for use, such as cropping or resizing)
• Commercial use of the character illustrations (including merchandise production, sales, etc.)
• Any other expressions or uses that significantly damage the image of these voicebanks or characters, or that the creator deems inappropriate
  ※ If any violation of these terms or any use deemed inappropriate by the creator is discovered, the creator reserves the right to prohibit the user from using these voicebanks and characters at the creator's sole discretion.

Disclaimer

The creator shall not be held liable for any troubles, disadvantages, or damages (including PC malfunctions, software errors, or disputes with third parties) arising from the use of these voicebanks or distributed characters.

Please use them entirely at your own risk.

The distribution of these voicebanks may be suspended or modified without prior notice.

Commercial Use

Any use involving monetary gain, including monetization, requires prior consultation.

※ Commercial use of these distributed characters’ illustration artwork is prohibited.

Credit is optional. If you choose to include credits, please list the voicebank name.
